To utilize any text filtering tools, navigate your survey dashboard and find one of your text response questions. You can identify text filtering by the comment bubble appearing in the top left-hand corner of the question card before the question title. Below the question text, you will find three tools: Text filters, Text Search, and Word Cloud view. To use the text filter, select the drop-down and choose one of the options to see text responses that fit into one of those categories.
