Identify Install Location

To maximize survey responses, locate your kiosk in a high traffic area, as well as a place where people may linger.

Ensure you install at a height that is accessible to individuals with physical limitations.

Install the Kiosk

Install the kiosk by following the steps on the print out included in the kiosk packaging.

Launch Survey

Open the pulse application and enter the survey code included in the introduction email associated with the survey you'd like to run on this kiosk. Once the survey has loaded, triple tap the home button to place the tablet into kiosk mode.

Increase Responses

Advertise with posters and signs or ask staff to promote the survey. Close the feedback loop with the community you serve via newsletters or townhalls. Nothing will help your organization establish acceptable feedback practices more effectively than letting people know you are listening.
