Phone surveys

2020 made abundantly clear was that we couldn't always count on vulnerable individuals being able to come to an area where kiosks are located.

While the system can always be used as an online survey tool, we wanted to help our partners reach even more clients while maintaining their anonymity.

To accomplish the goal of gathering more feedback while maintaining anonymity, we've rolled out functionality that allows for an automated phone survey.

These surveys match the surveys taken online or via kiosk, and the data is gathered into the same dashboard you already are using.

These phone surveys will need to be configured by one of our team members, so if you'd like to start gathering feedback via phone, reach out to one of our team members, and we will get you set up!

More charting options

Along with the phone surveys, we've also added different charting options on the dashboard.

Instead of the old pie charts everywhere, you can now view your information using bar charts or pie charts and utilize new zoom functionality on some charts to help you get a clearer picture of what is going on with your data.

Bug Fixes

We've also made various bug fixes to make the system function more effectively and smoothly - hopefully making your Pulse experience even more enjoyable.

What's coming in the future?

In the next few quarters, we plan on tackling adding a few different and often requested features to the application - these include:

  • Robust filtering engine
  • Upgrading the kiosk application
  • Built-in Peer to Peer Benchmarking
  • Word Cloud / Sentiment Analysis
